Great service and staff. Was in the market for a massage chair and the experience at OTA Massage Chairs was fantastic. Great courteous staff, and very informative and honest. Conveniently located in H Mart in Mesa. We were able to demo multiple, amazing massage chairs in a comfortable, clean environment. We had a great experience meeting with Daniel and Sharen. This chair is AMAZING!! My husband surprised me with this chair for my birthday and the store helped him to hide it/store it and bring it in and put it together on my birthday while I was out. Great customer service and a top notch product.

We purchased the Inada Robo chair from Daniel at H Mart located in Phoenix Arizona.The chair is exceptional. We have owned many massage chairs over the past 30 years. It is truly a Paradigm shift from all the other chairs.Customer Service from Daniel and from Orlando a technician at the corporate office has been excellent.I ran a national service Business and I feel like celebrating when a company really understands customer service.
