Justin is very personable and honest. He's been to our house twice for different issues and he has taken care of our problems right away. He even came out on a Sunday when our AC wasn't blowing cool air. He takes the time to explain to you why the issue happened in the first place and ways to prevent it from happening again. It's refreshing to have a reliable company that can be trusted. They are reasonable on their prices too especially since we don't have a home warranty. I highly recommend them for any ac issues. Northwind really came through! Last minute call to move some vents so a kitchen remodel could move forward. Aaron came out and scheduled the service ASAP. They got the job done. Quickly and efficiently with no delay to the project. Thanks!
