I had a very loose balcony fence railing. They came out and completely fixed for me. They made and welded custom pieces to make it secure. I had paint so they even painted to match and look nice. They stood by estimate even though it took longer than anticipated. Other people never showed. I highly recommend, Robert was very nice.
