The ladies that come to my home are fantastic. I've had Gail for about 24 months. Monique for the first time but she knows what she's doing. They are on time and do a great job. I love that they bring their own cleaning supplies and tools. The office staff responds to calls quickly if I need some flexibility, they are friendly, and professional. I've only had a good experience with Molly Maid. They are always respectful and kind, if there's any issue they have always discussed it with me before proceeding with their job. I have used them for years now and their communication is great! They always let me know when they are going to arrive and they have always been on time. They treat my house and my pets with the upmost respect, my two little dogs love them. I couldn't ask for anything more! Very pleased. All the staff are beyond friendly and are so down to earth. My dog passed away and the cleaner left me a note saying how heartbroken they were as well. These people are one of a kind!!!! I would recommend Molly Maids of East Mesa to everyone!!
