Jerry was great. Came out and diagnosed my electrical issues in record time. He was personable and knowledgeable and is the standard for how tradesmen should be interacting with customers. Would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring electrical work done.
This is my second time using Mister Sparky. Jerry (the field supervisor), was pleasant and professional. He explained everything in layman terms where I could understand it. I haven’t seen the electrician doing the job yet, but I’m sure he will be representing the image of Mister Sparky in the same professional way as Jerry.
Jerry came to evaluate the smoke detector in my home. He was very thorough and explained the needs for our home. Excellent customer service, professional and extremely pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!
