This RV retirement resort is something I've never experienced before. Everyday is a holiday here. If you enjoy an active, very social lifestyle and want everyday to be a party, this is your place. Lots of activities, lots of loud music daily. They've got it all. The onion rings at the Cactus Grill were delicious!

To all who want. To live here ,this is a honest Review,we have lived hear over 2 yrs now and this is our take on this Resort: Pros: great friendly people here Lots of social activities 4 pools 2 hot tubs Safe neighborhood. Cons: lack of maintenance on dog parks,the parks are over watered. Gate not working for 5 months No hot water in main pool showers for 5 months now. Manager is not engaged in park maintenance, this has allowed these issues to not get resolved. Me are on contract for 2 more yrs then we will be moving,this Resort is turning into pur trailer boys episode.

My Wife and I moved to Arizona and had the pleasure to visit Mesa Regal. Once here we feel in love with the outstanding clean RV Resort. Gloria and her staff were very professional and friendly and made you feel at home. Because of this great welcome from Mesa Regal my wife and I knew we wanted to be part of this great positive resort and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend that Mesa Regal is a must to come and see if you are thinking of relocating. Speak with Gloria and her staff and you will see how wonderful this place is. Rod Ramirez
