Josh W Hooked up new computer and new printer. Transferred files to new computer. Set up new computer screen to match icons on old computer. Instructed me on be sure I was familiar with everything. Nice guy!

I needed the bezel on my computer putting back into place. Mike came out and did a top notch job fixing it, which was fantastic but also did a great job doing a thorough check up on the unit, giving it a pretty clean bill of health (not bad for a 5 year old laptop!)Appreciated his honesty (not upselling me on a bunch of work that didn't need to be done), his communication (letting me know when he'd be here) and for handling my computer with care.

Josh WJosh was very helpful. Knew right away the solution to my problem.While he was here I took advantage in his expertise and asked a lot of computer related questions which have been bugging me for several years. He was very willing to give me an excellent explanations.While here he also ran several diagnostics and set me up with instructions on how I can run the diagnostics myself.I would definitely use him and the company again as well as recommend him to others.Thanks,Larry Taylor
