So far I've been waiting for 40 minutes !!! I arrived at 10:43 - on time for check-in at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment, my paperwork was done and my cards ready to show. I am fed up with doctors charging inordinate amounts of money - and that's after insurance (because of course you're insane if you don't have it and too many can't) for having me sit in a noisy, phone-chatting-loud disrespectful people waiting room for all this time, to then maybe be rushed in and out without a 'proper' doctor visit. All they are these days is bureaucrats with no regard for their "patients", who want to make money without giving a good service. Receptionists are a whole other category of bad management and manners: there are rare ones that are pleasant and lovely to interact with, truly nice, friendly and caring about their work and how they represent themselves and the office to customers. Sadly not in this workplace. The dermatologist I was with, Dr Ebner, I've been informed only does surgeries now, so I will have to find another doctor because the impression left by the change made as Dr Crandall and his staff have taken over is not a good or welcoming one.
