This is the 2nd time we've had to use the services of Mariposa Gardens. The first time was almost 15 years ago for our mother and the 2nd was this week for my brother. Both times we were treated with respect throughout the entire process and not rushed or steered in a direction that we didn't want. The people there are professionals at what they do.
I live out of state from where my brother died 2 weeks before a major surgery of my own. Everyone I spoke with at Mariposa Gardens was patient, kind, and professional.They guided me through the various steps needed to cremate and bury his ashes. They were willing to interact with two other family members who were in state even though their preference was to communicate through one family member.We had made plans for his funeral about 17 years before and had paid for that. After that many years the payment had grown with interest and we elected not to utilize their chapel or catering we had purchased. Mariposa gardens handled my Moms arrangements very professionally and flawlessly. They took a very difficult and emotional situation and turned it onto something less difficult and beautiful. Cheyenne, Val, Casey and the Life Story Team were very helpful and our family is grateful to them.
