Mariposa Gardens cared for my mom Carmen Garcia who passed on 7/27/21. Hospice called them and when they came out to her home their kindness began there. They were kind enough to wait for my mom's older grandson to arrive to say his final goodbyes. They allowed me to assist in caring for my mom until wheeled out to van. Then in that time I had called the office penciled a date for service. Next day my father and me met with funeral director Carisa Williams, a funeral apprentice Carolline Biscoe and family service counselor Sarah Lawlor. These 3 wonderful ladies were so empathetic to our loss of my dad's wife of 53 years and my beautiful mom. They had her service all put together by Mon 8/2/21. My mom's service was beautiful and when they said a celebration they meant it. My mom looked beautiful and peaceful. Also after everyone left service I found myself unable to leave. When I did broke down horribly in my car. My husband and son were assisting me. t Then comes Carolline and offers her condolences again. That was on her own. Then when driving away I looked and there is Carisa standing in front of my mom's casket when workers are getting ready to lower her. In such a short time they knew how much we loved my mom. Then afterwards her items that were used to represent her life story were ready for pickup next day and day after her death certificates were ready. Unfortunately I planned my grandparents funerals in CA and that Funeral home cannot compare to Mariposa. These ladies were phenomenal and I will always and forever be grateful for them caring for my mom who I miss terribly. Thank you Carolline and Carisa, and Sarah.❤❤
