Had a great installation. Ran a little long because raindisrupted install but they brought over room heaters to keep the rooms warm. Can't say enough about Rick, the lead on this project.
David is very knowledgeable about fire places in general and our unit. Checked the operation after turned on; checked for gas leaks. Found leaky shutoff valve and lack of damper. Gave an estimates for making it operational. Also gave suggestions for upgrades. Overall, David was helpful in identifying the issues and upgrade’s suggestions with brochures.
Dalton C. has serviced our a/c and gas fireplaces, we’ve been extremely happy with his service. He is very knowledgeable, and a very nice guy. We will definitely request him again.
