I traveled from Buffalo NY and wound up in Phoenix on a Saturday AM with a few items that needed immediate attention. The folks in service could not have been more kind, patient, and helpful; especially on a Saturday and with no appointment. I have one remaining issue but am fully confident in Lazy Days and their team. Thank you team.
I've NEVER had such a POSITIVE RV Service experience in over 20 years of RV ownership. I didn't buy my RV here... didn't even buy it from a LazyDays but had a problem with my water heater that should be under warranty. James Barret (Service Advisor) deserves kudos for going above and beyond to get me fixed up as quick as possible and his level of professionalism and Customer Service was beyond exceptional!
Pretty wonderful experience! Jay was our salesman and was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t pushed into anything and really enjoyed the experience. James the sales manager as well as the service department was outstanding! Highly recommend!
