Hands down, Kemp is THE BEST carpet cleaner/service I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. I've tried all the other big name companies but they've always sent employees who could care less about deep cleaning your carpets/rugs and will do one run and they're gone. Kemp not only gets in there and really cares but he's using some serious steam with deionized water (I hope I got that description right...I don't want soaps or detergents) and his system for extracting water is high powered. Prompt, professional, and extremely good. I am so thrilled with the way my carpets turned out. I have Berber carpeting and it was extremely stained. I thought we'll may be I will try to get it cleaned after several have tried and not succeeded. This guy pulls up with a very decked out truck w extreme system. He is reasonable and my carpets are CLEAN. I am in awe!Don't hesitate...contact him. This is my vacation place in MESA. Awesome to feel that clean!
