The JMAC team was exceptional. They did a great job installing the new Heat Pump system and corrected some issues with the air return ducting. Very happy with the service and the team.
Zach showed up and was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained what and how he was diagnosing my problematic air handler and provided possible solutions. Currently, it's still a work in progress and he's assured me he's on it...I believe he is. Looking forward to updating this review.
The technician was punctual, polite, professional, and knowledgeable!I appreciated the time that he took to explain the issue with my Air/heater and provide information and solutions to help my husband and me make a decision on repairs for our old unit or replacement options. They service our unit year after year and we have always been pleased with the quality and price. I highly recommend them.
