I called several times in search of Travertine tile. The gentleman in sales was so patient, courteous, friendly, and professional. He guided me with patience, through the website to locate the tile. He answered my questions regarding pricing and the tile, it's self. I also checked on laminate flooring and ceramic tile. I highly recommend Imperial Wholesale.

I had a really good experience with Imperial Wholesale. It started with Alex, who helped me pick out tile for my project. Alex then facilitated the installing segment. Alex also followed up with me to check on my happiness with the project. Next, I heard from Ron, the installer. Ron's crew was scheduled and installed the tile. The install crew was great - they kept the work area clean and cleaned up the job dust when the project was completed. I included a pic of one of my rooms with the new tile.

We went into Imperial to match our travertine for a bedroom closet and an additional small bedroom. They didnt have the exact size but showed us something pretty close. We needed an installer and they said their guy probably couldn’t make it this week but would call next week to measure. About three hours later he was at our place measuring. Two days later we had our estimate in hand. I asked them if they could install by May 01 and they said they would really try. A day later, the installer showed up to work the next three days.
