Every other person seemed to be having the worst day on earth. Luckily the people who I needed to mainly deal with were nice. I was just there for a blood draw but I was going to ask about their mental health services until I experienced the employees and that will be a no go. It's really unfortunate when a medical staff is so unprofessional and unfriendly.

Always had a great experience, first with Dr Smith and then a few years later with Dr Matthews. Always caring and understanding with any questions or concerns. I would like the call center and front desk to improve regarding response times, but it's understandable that they might be busy with all that is going on. Ultimately, I trust these folks. Thank you.

They've always been excellent about making appointments not long after I've contacted them. The longest I've had to wait so far has been 3 days from calling in. Dr. Matthews has provided attentive, polite, and extremely helpful care each time I've seen him.
