I attended a Sourdough Basics workshop with Nicole. It was very informative, hands on and interactive. Nicole guided us on the pluses and minuses of working with sourdough for a healthier digestive system. She made it fun. Thank you.

Excellent service, felt pain in my neck and shoulder for over a month, thought it’d go away on its own but that did not happen. Tatum and Tiffney worked on me for an hour and by the end of my visit I was pain free. Thanks so much for helping me get right.

This is definitely the place for me. I'm so very happy to have found my "wellness people". There are many health services here from Massage, Neural Kinetic Therapy (NKT), sound therapy, and B-12 shots etc., all at very fair pricing.I have been going to Chiropractors for 10+ years, without much change. I thought I was just stuck like that and being nearly 50 years old, I dreaded aging, thinking it would further the pain. I was so wrong, and I'm happy for that.I first went as a walk-in because the pains in my shoulder and neck were horrific. From Health + Healing Studios

Health + Healing Studios is a full service medical center, all of the practitioner work together to improve the overall health of clients while healing them in the process. We offer personal training, nutrition coaching, naturopathic medicine, CBD Therapy, massage therapy, stretch therapy and Neurokenetic Therapy. You can use all of the services as a package or a la carte. Our mission is to improve the health of our community from the inside out by working with a whole team of practitioners that work synergistically together. All clients files and info is in one (HIPPA compliant) location where all of the practitioner put in updates so everyone is on the same page and the client isn't overwhelm/ confused with all of the information.
