Joining the East Mesa Gracie Barra gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Coach Lucas and Coach Joao are incredibly supportive, talented and passionate about their craft. They’re also extremely knowledgeable and are fantastic at explaining and demonstrating the moves and motions. If you’re thinking about joining, this is your sign to stop thinking and DO IT!

Joining Gracie Barra East Mesa was the best decision I have made. I was nervous and Professor Lucas and professor João instantly made me feel comfortable. Coach Carol who runs the front desk is always so quick to greet everyone and make sure everyone is taken care of. Lucas and Joao have also helped create an amazing atmosphere for my six year old daughter to fall in love with Jiu-Jitsu through the juniors classes. I have yet to meet anyone who has had a negative experience through this gym. I highly recommend it for all my friends and families.

East Mesa Gracie Barra gym was one of the best decisions we've made for our 4 year old son, Professor Lucas & Professor Joao are incredible at teaching ... My son has learned a lot and loves it .. he loves coming everyday and putting in the hard work to get his stripes to move up.. Coach Carol is really supportive and super nice as well very helpful with anything you need .. I highly recommend East Mesa Gracie Barra for yourself or for your child. They are super supportive and have lots of patience for the youth kids .. I came in not knowing anything about BJJ and for the past 3 months us as parents and my son have learned a lot. ? ? ?
