Staff, doctors, facility is all great! The issue I have is the billing office, specifically the medical assistant. This is the 2nd time I received a bill for my bloodwork, which should be covered at 100%. It took me 3 times last time to sort this billing issue out last time so I definitely don't look forward to doing this again. The first time was because the MA did not add the correct billing code, so it billed my insurance as a regular visit, not an annual physical. The previous comments said that you can never reach the MA office, which is true because you have to leave them a VM, then wait for their callbacks.I am a young and healthy person, only needing to go... read full review

If you are healthy and don't see them often enough they will discontinue services and tell you that you are now a new patient, but they are not taking new patients. Really a pain as now I need to try and find somene else and have my records transferred. Not the kindest policy. I give them two stars for being nice but other than that they are just overwhelmed and not running a tight office.

Recently I had joint replacement surgery. While this can dramatically improve your life, it’s not a quick or simple process from start-to-finish. At first I was overwhelmed by all the preliminary paperwork and mandatory medical clearances. But luckily, I’m a patient at Gilbert Primary Care!Dr. Andrews — by far the best of my many fine personal physicians over the years — gave me a favorable annual physical exam a few months prior.
