Family Care Dental was well lite an clean. The employees were helpful. The dentist assistant ask all the right question,took the x-rays. Dr Aaron Wildung DDS show me the x-ray explain what need to be done. Receptionist explain the bill and how your insurance would cover or that you woe.
The entire staff at Family Dental Care are so gentle and caring, they go out of their way to make any dental procedure a painless and comfortable experience. I have had deep cleaning by Jamie and she is so careful to make sure your gums are numb enough so that you feel very little discomfort. I also had several crowns and Dr.Katie McDougall went out of her way to make sure the color and fit was the best. That procedure was also very comfortable and painless. I highly recommend Family Dental Care for all your dental needs!
The experience from beginning to end is just pleasant and professional. Every staff member is friendly and when I had a transition between insurance providers for my company they went above and beyond to make sure I got coverage. I found myself waiting around very little and was in and out very efficiently. I cannot ask for more in a dental office and it’s staff.
