I work with Eric online as I live in another state. I was referred to this business by a friend.I’m a big fan of the programming and service I’ve received as Eric’s client. Using Eric’s app is intuitive and the given goals are clear and attainable. I appreciate how available EZ is for questions and support, even working with him long distance.I’d recommend this business to anyone with a health and fitness goal. Eric is a great coach.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with EZ Personal Training so far. Eric is super responsive and knowledgeable, and has made the journey of getting back into prioritizing my health that much simpler. The weekend bootcamps are super hard but so fun, and everyone involved is awesome!

12/10 recommend Eric, this gym, their programs, all of it! Everytime I’m there is an amazing experience - if I’m struggling, all trainers have helped me out or given an advice to achieve each rep safely and productively. Eric follows up and follows through in checking in with me throughout each week even tho I’m just one person out of the many who come and train here. EZ fitness creates an amazing environment and community that’s inviting but also makes me feel accounted for and comfortable. I’ve been recommending this gym and company to all my friends family and coworkers! Best experience I’ve ever had in any gym in the valley!
