Rich presents as a man with high integrity and for that I am grateful. Sometimes as a layman you make up in your mind something needs to be purchased or a service rendered and it takes someone of upstanding character to not take advantage of that situation. Ballpark figure of what this COULD have cost wasn't alarming.A few photos and a run down of the lack evidence of established birds was enough for Rich to prove to me I didn't need any work done.I'm left a bit disappointed but in a good way that we don't have any work needing to be done because these are the type of businesses that deserve your money.May you guys have continued success and I'll be sure speak highly...read full review

Had an issue with pigeons moving in under my solar panels and defecating on everything.I got in touch with Nico at EHRM and he came out to give me a quote to make this go away.Nico explained the process of pigeon removal as well as what his plans were for my property.He gave me a quote and in a few weeks, I called him to schedule the job.In another couple of weeks he came out and spent the majority of his day on my roof cleaning up the mess and creating barriers to keep the pigeons away......2 weeks later and there are no birds on my roof AND no p*** anywhere to be seen!! Nico was timely with quote and when it came time to do the job. I would imagine that this is standard operating procedure for this company and would recommend highly!

Jake was so professional and knowledgeable, and Gavin super polite and helpful. Jake did a great job assessing things, fixing up holes as did Rich years ago,giving me peace of mind for rodent prevention in the home. I highly recommend them. I also referred them to a friend who had had a nightmare rodent issue for many months, they solved it with one visit!
