I own a restaurant and reached out to maybe 20 people to help me with my freezer, and Carlos was the only one who was reliable. Carlos came highly recommended from a trusted source. We originally scheduled him for routine maintenance of our two units. The scheduling process was quick and easy and he is a great communicator! Upon a thorough inspection, Carlos discovered a leak in one of the units that would have been cost restrictive to repair. He documented the issue and walked us through all our options, We decided to have the unit replaced and Carlos got the items needed ordered right away. I recently and unexpectedly had to replace my air conditioner. I was referred to Carlos from ENTITY REFRIGERATION. He came out to inspect the issue and gave me a very fair price on a new unit. He is very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Even though it was during the Fourth of July, he was able to complete the job in under 2 days.
