I arrived here as a first-time Dysport user. I was a bit nervous due to that fact, but that didn’t last long — everyone was prompt, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Emily and the Team handled me with care. They took the time to educate me about the process, the science, and answer all my questions and concerns during my initial procedure and the follow-up.I’m really happy with my experience here, and my results. Excited to come back again and explore some of the other services in the future!

I recently switched to Frost, and loved my experience with both Rachel and Emily! They are incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and kind. Emily answered all my questions and had a spot-on strategy to address my concerns. I was impressed with their whole office. The thorough way that they explain everything, answer questions, and document exactly what they are doing (both in notes and photos) made for a great experience. From the moment you walk in you can feel the love and passion that is Emily Frost Aesthetics. As soon as you walk in, the store is very nicely designed and aesthetically pleasing. You are greeted by the amazing front office staff that makes you immediately feel like family and even did an amazing job of making my kids feel at home that I had to bring to my appointment. The entire staff is so welcoming with smiles and gestures regardless of whether you are getting treatments with them or not, which really goes to show the culture and integrity that this Medspa embodies.
