ZERO STARS!!! I had a very beautiful, large, lush green Sago Palm near the entryway of my house in Warner Ranch Landing. It was planted 16 years ago and has been lovingly cared for during that time. Watered, fertilized, covered in the high heat in the summer. It did not have any dead fronds and did not overhang my entryway walkway. It was a gorgeous specimen.Yesterday, when I woke up and looked outside, the landscapers from Ecosphere butchered my beautiful Sago Palm. Half of the green fronds were cut off. I would guess at least 6-7 rows of perfectly green growth. Half of my palm is missing. Sago Palms are not meant to be cut back so drastically, if at all, unless there... read full review
