Visited Brown Road Animal Clinic for the first time for euthanasia of my old pup. Very good, kind, compassionate service. The DVM was very kind and patient. I appreciate that they made a difficult time as peaceful as possible. In addition the clinic was clean and fresh. Thanks for your help sending her to the big backyard in the shy.

My dog has been diagnosed with diabetes and I'm not sure what to expect. I worry if the numbers are too high or too low. The vet does not respond to my questions or the screenshots I send her. After almost a month, I received an email telling me that it was a slow process and I should add 0.5 units to the insulin every two to three days. This information would have been invaluable. Also, if you call with a question and the vet isn't in no one else can help you, even though they tell you to call if you have a question. The staff is wonderful but the vets need to be more helpful to us poor pet owners worried about their pets
