Highly recommend Dr. Banks and his staff. Each staff member was so nice. My 2.5 yr old connected with all of them right away and they were so personable. Dr. Banks is so knowledgeable and talks you through everything. This is the dentist I want my daughter to grow up with.

I have been bringing my son here since he was 18 months so that he was used to the office and hoping that with enough exposure, he would never fear the dentist. My son is on the autism spectrum and even with the regular 6 month regular check ups he has never really allowed anyone to take X-rays or give him the best cleaning. Dr Banks and his entire staff has always been understanding and so incredibly compassionate to all his needs. He is 5 now and on his last visit Dr Banks and his team noticed that he had a cavity that needed to be filled. We were worried about how the procedure would go. But they took the time to explain everything to me and their anesthesiologist text me personally the night before to explain some things and offered to answer any questions I may have. Before, during and immediately after the procedure the staff was also attentive and kind. My son had a major melt down while we were leaving and every single staff member made me feel so welcome, even with my son screaming his pants off... fast forward 8 hours later I get a text from the same anesthesiologist asking how my son was doing and I am so beside myself by their care. This office is so amazing and whether or child is on the spectrum or not they will treat your family like their own. I recommend this office and If you are on the fence about your child, do not fear this doctor or his staff, they are AMAZING!
