I called Don's Mobile on Tuesday the 19th and agreed him coming out the next day Wednesday. He called me and sent me a text message to let me know he was on his way. He arrived about 8:45 AM and finished about 9:30. He was successful in cutting a new key and endured it worked. He was super friendly and extremely helpful. I thought the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any help obtaining a new key. Thank you so much Don.
What a pleasant surprise Don turned out to be. My son's door wouldn't open to his bedroom and we tried everything we could, it should be locked and the handle would turn but the door wouldn't budge. I first opened up Craigslist and the mobile locksmith wanted $289 and said they could be out within an hour. I said I wanted to call around, I then called another service number and they said they would call around and then call me back. I noticed Don's mobile service had 5 stars so I called him. Don said he could be out in about 15 minutes and he would charge $75. I asked how much for the labor and he said, no $75 total. He was at my house in 10 minutes... read full review
Don helped me out when my (smartself) dunked my keys in the Salt River and couldn't start my car, within 2 hrs of me calling he was at my door, he was super professional and was willing to answer any question I had. I will recommend Don's mobile locks to anyone in need of a great locksmith! 10/10 thank you for making my experience painless!!
