Banner is always packed. That being said, I come here with patience always. Depending on the injury, wait times tend to vary depending on the emergency being seen for. I waited around 30 mins before being seen by a NP and 10 mins later by a MD.
Overall, it’s not bad considering it is one of the nations largest hospital/medial Er’s. The least busiest time I’ve found was the afternoon on Monday, but if you have time off I recommend Monday afternnoon where wait times sit around 45min. Busiest time is Friday during peak of which you can expect a 3 hrs wait time.

Tired of the lobby being under construction. There is no place to sit inside to wait for your ride. I've waited outside, on a little metal chair, in the rain, the heat and now in a dust storm. I'm handicapped. It would be hard for me to stand in the under construction lobby for very long.
