Matt, the owner, responded to my inquiry promptly. He was extremely polite and professional and explained his company's services. He took time to answer my questions and concerns. The quote was very reasonable compared to other companies. The installer, Eric, was prompt and courteous. He did a phenomenal job of assembling the system. He then explained the system and answered my questions about salt addition, etc. He also went above and beyond installing a better shut-off valve for me behind our refrigerator while helping add a specialized filter. Clear Water Concepts is amazing. Their pricing is amazing, but their services is even more impressive. Matt was quick to come out an give us a quote, they had us scheduled for install within the week. After install, we noticed a few issues, all ended up being due to pressure. Matt went out of his way to come out to make sure everything was working correctly and that we were happy. If we ever buy another home, they will be our first call. They’ve also installed in two of my grandparents homes. We all highly recommend them.
Absolutely first class. Called Matt, the owner, for a new whole house water system. He explained the options and set up a time for the installation. On the day of the install, the crew showed up on time, installed the system as agreed, and were done in 5 hours. The system works like a dream and produces great tasting water.
