Anytime you call the front desk you always get put on hold but when you go there in person there not doing anything but talking to each other and no other phone calls ever come in to warrant being put on hold

My daughter was diagnosed as SMI. I took her there after she went missing and I found her disoriented. I met with Cleo who assured me that her case worker Sharion would take care of her. What they did did instead was give her a shot and turn her loose again in the streets. She has been sleeping outside for two days with nowhere to go. Sharion doesn’t even have a voicemail setup to return calls nor does she answer text messages. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?!! The caseworker obviously doesn’t care about the patients overall well being enough to even send help to a patient that they know is a flight risk! I would give them a zero I've been on Suboxone for 5 year and this the worst place I've been. Doctors never there always calling out with no back up can't even give me a call to let me know before driving a hour on day off. And the people at the front desk are so unprofessional And horrible this place is a joke ruined by punk teenagers don't come here if you want to stay sober worst cbi ever go elsewhere
