The owner came out exactly as scheduled and went over all of our electrical needs. He was very professional and had excellent suggestions, including moving an existing light fixture. Two electricians did the installation work soon after that, again on time as scheduled. There was a miscommunication regarding the hot tub switch and the equipment that was installed was not exactly what we expected and needed. The owner came back at a later date and installed the equipment we needed for the hot tub switch at NO additional cost! We really appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with all of the results. If we need electrical work in the future, we will be calling Case Electric!
