“Hands down, Kemp is THE BEST carpet cleaner/service I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. I've tried all the other big name companies but they've always sent employees who could care less about deep cleaning your carpets/rugs and will do one run and they're gone. Kemp not only gets in there and really cares but he's using some serious steam with deionized water (I hope I got that description right...I don't want soaps or detergents) and his system for extracting water is high powered. We've being dealing with construction crews who have trashed our year old carpet AND our area rugs (wool and wool blend) showed such wear that I thought would never come out. He got our new carpet looking like the day we had it installed and my area rug looks brand new!!!
