I have been going to Body Mechanicx for maybe 7 or 8 years.
Started going there when I hurt my shoulder doing Jiu Jitsu. Elaina got my shoulder functioning again. They have also been a big part of keeping me in one piece. I could walk in there and they would what is wrong without me saying anything. I am very thankful to have them.

Body Mechanicx is the place you only hope to find and when you do, your life gets better! I leave feeling taller and pain free after my treatments with Elaina and Tyrell. They are gifted in their understanding of the body and ways to eliminate pain and tension while facilitating better movement. Mechanical cupping devices are often used (with permission) to help to get muscles and fascia moving more freely. Sessions are individualized and based on the state of body....never a cookie cutter massage.
