I ordered a couple dresses online and they needed some minor adjustments. One needed straps shortened and the other needed hemming. She was super helpful when it came to figuring out exactly how much the dress needed to be shortened to take it from frumpy to flirty! I'm not super familiar with standard tailor pricing, but I do know about how much time and skill sewing takes, so $75 feels more than fair. She's quick, direct and to the point. Will definitely be coming back if in need!

I found Barbara through a mutual friend and so lucky I did! I am eloping and purchased a gown online from Anthropologie, when it arrive there was decent size snag in the lace. I went to Barbara’s place of business to see if she could help, not only did she fix it on the spot she gave me really great tips on how to wear the gown best. Heel size, fashion tape etc. Although I didn’t have any major adjustments done I could tell right away Barbara was a hard working and dedicated person, previously mentioning she was up until 11pm the night before. I will definitely be recommending her to any one I know needing alterations.
