I stopped by their N 21st Ave. location to drop off Hunter Douglas blinds for repair. To my surprise and delight, they repaired the unit on the spot and for a very reasonable price. Kudos and thanks.

These people give the best service. We have used them more than once and each time we are so impressed with their response. Whether it is coming out to do a service call or just helping over the phone, they are superb. Recently we needed a remote replaced and once again, they knew exactly what was needed.

I took in Bali wood shutter blinds for a large picture window because the tilt wand has ceased to work. They were stuck in a horizontal position, and I couldn't close them at night. I thought maybe that tilt mechanism which attaches to the wand needed to be replaced. They took a look and said that a rod had simply slid out of place. No need to order a new part, which would have taken a couple of weeks. They simply put it back in place and put some tape on it to keep it from happening again.
