I’ve known Gavin for over 10 years & he is such a good guy with an amazing family! I trust his advice so much with how long he has worked in this industry & am so glad he does it out of home! He is so knowledgeable & smart. I have been having bad hip pain ever since I gave birth & I thought for sure something was broken or seriously wrong & he gave me lots of exercises & stretches to do & they worked!!!! I was SHOCKED bc I thought I would need X-rays & all sorts of work but he knew exactly what was going on. So grateful for him & highly recommend!
I am 72 years old and I used and beat up my body in my work and play. Having had 2 knee and 2 hip replacements and with competent therapy after each surgery, I was back to taking good walks and keeping active. An accident and fall put a temporary stop to that-then I met Gavin Baugh. In our first session he manipulated my joints, measured my leg lengths and subsequent strains on my body and I left with less pain and felt EMPOWERED instead of painfully helpless. Second session he presented me with 12 excellent exercises which I have begun at home. Physical therapy with Gavin Baugh was a successful experience and has helped give me the confidence I need to be active again with my lifestyle!I have worked with other therapists but Gavin and his approach to educating patients is far and above anything I've experienced before.I am very grateful to him for getting me back on track with my golf game and overall physical strength and activities of daily living!Thank you, Gavin!!
