Physical therapy with Gavin Baugh was a successful experience and has helped give me the confidence I need to be active again with my lifestyle!I have worked with other therapists but Gavin and his approach to educating patients is far and above anything I've experienced before.I am very grateful to him for getting me back on track with my golf game and overall physical strength and activities of daily living!Thank you, Gavin!!

After exhausting every option imaginable... chiropractor, ibuprofen, heat, ice, stretching, yoga, pt... I only found minimal relief. Until i found B-fit. With a combination of many therapy techniques (exercises, tape, needling) my back finally feels better. I was even able to travel on a 3 hour plane ride without pain. Save yourself the time and money and call B-fit first. Thank you, Gavin!!!

I was dealing with some lower back pain and contacted Gavin and he was able to resolve the issues I was having. He is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I highly recommend giving him a call.
