Been taking my dogs here for a while. They are very accommodating and have been nothing but kind. Even when delivering difficult news about one of my pets, they maintained a compassionate and caring tone. I would highly recommend using this vet.

I really appreciated the option to schedule an “emergency” appointment as I was not going to allow our senior dog to go for an entire week with her issue, and there were no regular appointments available for 7 days. I would have gone to the VCA Emergency Center if this had not been offered. Both the technician, Jericka, and the relief vet, Dr. Yamada, were fabulous! Josie was taken care of quickly and her issue resolved within a few hours. Thank you, Kate(?) for offering this option, and Jericka & Dr. Yamada for not discounting my concerns and addressing Josie’s needs quickly.

I've been taking my 3 dogs to Augusta Ranch for about 5 years now. The staff are always very kind and caring. veterinarian services are never cheap but their prices seem reasonable or on par with other vets in the east valley.
