Called and made appointment. Asked to send a photo of item needing restored, did that, and got a call back with a quote for repair and we set up an appointment time a week out. Never showed up, never called or communicated in anyway. Called AZ Perma Glaze after a hour, left a message asking them to call to let us know the status of the appointment. No calls, no nothing, never showed. Unreliable, unprofessional, better look else where for a reputable contractor. Called Kohler for a recommendation for another repair contractor. They said that enameled cast iron can't be repaired. Our lifetime warranty does cover damage, so they're sending a new sink. Kudos to Kohler, ba-hum-bug to AZ Perma Glaze.
