I've had such positive experiences at this location. I purchased my eyeglasses from another America's Best location. My glasses were very uncomfortable, even after 4 adjustments. The crew at the Falcon Gateway Plaza assisted me in making an exchange. Shout out to Michelle, Sabrina, Kaitlyn and Anakah.

They were great! I went today for new glasses. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I got two pairs of beautiful frames, and they were on sale. Michelle was helpful. Highly recommend them!
Yesterday it was very lucky day, because Trisha greeted me very smiling, she was very professional, very kind, and with the best attitude to help me to choose the 2 types of glasses, and answer all my questions.
