Just visited Allen’s Auto today and had an amazing experience. Eric checked my car and quickly diagnosed that my motor mount was loose and wearing out, which explained the rattling I’d been hearing. He even recommended I stop by the dealership to see if it might still be under warranty—super honest and refreshing.
Mike came out today when I was in need of a tow. Very fast at getting to my location and once there was professional throughout. It was only 96F outside but felt like 100+ so every minute counts. Turns out that the only issue was my battery so he was able to get my car running again and even offered to drive behind me to my location 2 miles away. He was so kind and helpful, I only wish I had some cash on me to tip him for his outstanding services.
