When I first joined this office years ago, I would have given an average 3 star rating nothing really bad, but nothing really great about the office. The staff was cordial and it was a fairly quick and easy process to get an appointment or help. Now is a whole different story. Dr. Allen sold out to Village Medical and the staff does not care anymore. It has taken three months to get a correct RX. The call center is a joke, and takes forever to get connected with the office. It is such an impersonal experience, very unorganized, and unfriendly.

I have been coming here a few years and have recently been very disappointed with the staff. Two weeks ago I had a telehealth appointment and my doctor told me the front desk would be in touch to make a blood draw appointment. They did not. About a week later I called. No response, and I was sent to the voicemail inbox. I left a message with my number and they have not called me a week later. I tried calling them 3 times today, still within business hours, and still just got the voicemail. I'm not even sure there's anyone working the front desk anymore and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to make an appointment. If I don't hear back soon, I will... read full review

My father has been a patient at this office for many, many years, and had to recently be moved into an assisted living home, We have been trying to get a prescription refilled and the dosage has changed, so the pharmacy needed a callback from the Drs office...we can get absolutely no one to assist us with this. The pharmacy has called for 3 days. His nurse at his facility has been calling and leaving messages to no avail , and I have left messages on Rowanne Parker's medical assistant's voice-mail, as well. No one will contact us. It is absolutely appalling. He has gone days without his prescription. And we cannot get anyone to even so much as call us back.... read full review
