I guess i'm done with Albertson's too. I left my whole cart there yesterday after just finding out that i haven't been getting the discounted shelf pricing when punching in my phone number. I've been shopping at Albertsons for so long, just really had no reason to check them, but yesterday i was paying attention. I put in my phone number only to see ZERO $$ credited, still paying top dollar for the products even though the shelf said otherwise. Turns out that quite a while back, apparently we now have to load up our products and savings in some app on our phone or computer at home? Or use old fashioned coupons in the flyers? The crappiest Albertsons I've ever been to. It's gone downhill in a hand basket. Wouldn't recommend this store to event my worst enemy!!!!

Not at all happy with "Jose" the cart person last night. I love Albertsons. I went to the one on power and Broadway in mesa to grab a couple things. I normally will hold the hand baskets, but my hand/wrist were hurting so I used a cart. when finished I did not return the cart to the specified area. the kid that was in front of the store walked up to me. I actually thought it was approaching to say something. he did not say anything but walked up to me , like between me and the only other car around. I said have a good night. he looked annoyed.
