Couldn't put a negative star, but had to do one. Looks like I'm not the only customer that thinks this company sucks . WORST company I ever had to deal with. Tech late, rude and said nothing was wrong with my air unit even though I had a list of problems that were pointed out to me by another professional. Had to have this company come out because they are who services my home warranty co. I'll be dropping that company as well. This company doesn't even answer their phone professionally- wasn't even sure I called the right place - answers calls as if they were personal calls- had to ask if that was 24 seven AC .
Junior was fantastic in fixing the AC. The homeowner was more than impressed and is considering hiring him for regular inspections. Very pleasant and knowledgeable person is Junior.
Hold the press. 24/7 was purchased by Ace Home Services. I had 2 units replaced a couple months back and the left a hole in my ceiling. I have tried to get it resolved to no avail and the new company is claiming they bought to company with no liability. I the consumer should not be impacted by the commercial agreement of these two companies!
