Dr Larson and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. They got my old girl in within 1.5 hours after I called. Took us immediately to a room and was not pushy with recommended tests. Explained everything well and so understanding of my concerns. I highly recommend them.
Had an appointment for our 2 dogs to be euthanasized, although we had to wait longer than we expected, the staff was attentive and caring. They treated us and our dogs with dignity and respect. Truly the hardest thing we've ever had to do. Previous post stated they charge an extra $100 to be with your pet during the process. This is not true. The euthanasia price ranges.
I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am to everyone here. Everyone was beyond kind trying to help me give my doggy some chances of saving her. I called and spoke to Hannah she was beyond kind. They ended up taking me the same day because the I-10 was closed. I called Hannah probably about 5 times that day and every time she still spoke so kindly to me. They did everything in their power to help me and my baby girl Ariel. Everyone was so nice and gentle with her. We tried laser therapy which was helping with her bladder.
