Jeff is the ONLY person I will allow to touch my flooring and is the ONLY person I ever refer to people when they need carpets cleaned or repaired. He also cleans our chairs and touched up a mattress and cares about the floor probably more than I do, and it's my floor. If you use anyone else, you will be missing out. Worth twice what he charges, people. Perfect example of a great local small business doing things right!

Jeff's wife booked my appointment, and she was down-to-earth and friendly. She honored a quote from about 6-12 months ago. Jeff himself was also very professional. I was a certified carpet cleaner myself years ago, and I can tell Jeff really knows his stuff. He color-tested my couch to make sure the cleaning wouldn't discolor it, and he used enzymes on a rug that had pets on it. He also knocked the price down even further because the couches were easier to clean than usual, and because we had moved everything out of the way and prepared the area for him. Jeff and his wife are just the best. I'll continue to use them again and again. We need more trustworthy and friendly people like them in business!
