Called ahead as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning and made an appt for 1pm.When I arrived on time the only staff member (at 1pm on a Saturday- biggest nail day) had already begun a pedicure and was helping the woman pick polish. He seemed annoyed with her questions and what I assumed was a language barrier (at first). I was concerned something bad happened and that's why there was no staff so I tried to be helpful w the woman in picking out the polish bc she was starting to get visibly annoyed by his attitude. Usually do my nails at home but treated myself prior to vacation in June. The pedicure was okay. Standard polish, appropriately priced. Nothing to brag about but no complaints. However, I had a gel manicure and it was awful. Paid extra for gel thinking my nails would like nice all week. The nail tech added thinner or something to the gel polish several times during the manicure. My nails chipped in less than 12 hours. Won't return.

The service was great for me! The only problem I had was the guy Ken talking about my friend feet while doing her pedicure. She was very offended by his comments. I was embarrassed because she was visiting from out f town I probably won't be going back.
