I help pay my mom pay the electric bill at the house. It has been this way for years. I got locked out of the online account so I called because you have to have the account number to reset the password. The representative I talked to was very helpful and friendly.

Wow excellent customer service on one of the coldest nights of the winter. I reported an outage, but really it was just my breaker. Nonetheless I had a callback from the control room within minutes. The gentleman I spoke to was professional and informative and so so helpful. I came here from California and believe me when I say that Pacific gas and electric, power outage or not, would never ever ever have responded like that.They're too busy starting wildfires.

We are new to Trico (since March) and have been pleased with the few interactions that we have had. We've lost power a couple of times during the monsoons but feel Trico got it back on in reasonable time. And a big thanks for that!Happy in Montana Vista

Trico Electric Cooperative Inc. is a non-profit electric distribution cooperative serving more than 43,000 Members in rural areas surrounding the City of Tucson, including portions of Pima, Pinal, and Santa Cruz counties. The majority of Trico’s service territory is to the west of Tucson and spans approximately 66 miles east to west and 80 miles north to south, extending to the border with Mexico. Overall, Trico’s service area encompasses 2,346 square miles.
