A few years ago I had Palo Verde Pools add a heater to my pool and it was a great experience. Over the weekend I turned the heater on in preparation for my grandkids coming for Christmas. The heater would not fire and I couldn’t figure it out. On Monday morning I called Kaylan and she had me call Billy with Thrive Swim and Bike, he came out to find a major failure in the heater. After working with Kaylan and her making many calls to warranty and suppliers , they were able to get me a really great deal on a whole new heater and it was installed the next day. Amazing!
